Gord Miller, ecologist, environmental policy analyst and former Environmental Commissioner of Ontario reviewed the Ecofiscal Commission report “Course Correction: It’s Time to Rethink Canadian Biofuel Policies” – and provides his view that their recommended course correction, if followed, would take us “off-road” into some very rough terrain.
