Mr. Kevin W. Norton, Chief Executive Officer – Chief Operating Officer, IGPC Ethanol Inc. Prior to joining IGPC Ethanol Inc. in 2015 as the Director of Operations, Mr. Norton’s previous experience includes co-founding BIOX Corporation in 2000 and serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Engineering from 2000 to 2011 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2015. He has more than 25 years of senior-level experience in business management of both publicly traded and privately held corporations, project management and engineering services. Prior to BIOX, he held several senior level positions with primary responsibility for the evaluation and development of new technologies, systems and services and the optimization of existing production lines. His previous positions have included Manager of Environmental Products Division, Connor Pacific and Maritime Environmental Protection Project Manager/Engineer and Marine Systems Engineering Officer for the Department of National Defence. He served as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces (Navy) for thirteen years. Mr. Norton received his degree in mechanical engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.
Mr. Michael L. Rath is Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President – Commodities at Darling Ingredients Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Fats, Hides, Energy at Darling Ingredients Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of Commodities and Risk Management since June 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Rath spent in excess of twenty years at Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) during which he held various marketing and management positions, including most recently General Manager of Renewable Industrial Chemicals, with responsibility for the commercialization of ADM’s glycerin/sorbitol to propylene glycol. Prior to that, Mr. Rath was in ADM’s Industrial Oils Group with a main focus on the commercialization of ADM’s global biodiesel platform.
